Pittsburgh is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Pittsburgh is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE!!!! This place is so unprofessional, doesn’t answer their phone, doesn’t get back to you when you leave a voicemail. Worst of all, the lady Jenn, who is in charge of the estimates I guess, is so rude, arrogant, and disrespectful! She has ZERO customer service. On the rare occasion they answer, I get connected to Jenn, and every single time I spoke to her, she has an attitude and is disrespectful with me. Take your vehicle somewhere that respects & values your business, not this place of trash

Absolutely horrible experience and communication. I had my Jeep repaired here in January. In April, my vehicle stopped working, so I took it to the Jeep dealership. The dealership informed me that my transmission had been punctured during prior repair work. After speaking with Jeep, City Collision told me, β€œWe’ll get it towed here and take care of it.” Based on those conversations, I believed they were handling the issue directly. Instead, they kept my vehicle for almost two months and filed an approximately $5,000 claim through my insurance without ever communicating that to me. They ultimately could not complete the repair, so the vehicle had to be towed back to Jeep anyway. My insurance was charged about $1,150 in towing alone for two trips that were only 8.5 miles each. After finding out they could not complete the work and would be towing it back to Jeep after my vehicle had already been there for over a month, I waited days for it to actually be transported. At one point, I went to City Collision myself and offered to call my own roadside assistance to have my Jeep taken to the dealership that night. I was told, β€œNo, we’ll take care of it.” Not, β€œNo, we’ll just charge your

I don't know what happened to this place as it was literally one of the better repair options in the region before, but in 2026 I would no longer trust these people with my vehicle. End to end repair time of 6+ months on a fairly straightforward bumper repair while they lie about the timelines/work completion expectations as well as claim "part backorders" on parts that are available. It's understandable there may be delays on getting parts but just never following up on them for weeks and weeks at a time is wildly unprofessional (seems they hope you give up following up on them like your teenage child so they don't have to deal with it). Customer service was horrible. Attention to detail was significantly lacking (I will never be able to fully get some these deep swirls and paint scratches out that were put into the car I've been trying for a while -> they literally damaged the paint so badly on my car hood that had no damage on it before coming here it requires $500+ in aggressive paint correction work to fix). And to top it off the way the employees treat your vehicle while it's under their care is beyond disrespectful. The abuse done to my clutch was unacceptable I didnt dro

I took my car for a damaged side view mirror case. I was originally told it would take 2 days. Admittedly, I thought this was a fast turnaround, but went with what the worker said. Last night I received a message that my car would not be ready for another week, and the cost estimate was $989.28. Mind you, this is JUST the case of the mirror. It is still fully functional, glass intact. I know that the case would have to be painted, buuuuutttttt..... When I spoke to another worker this morning, she told me that the time estimate had changed because they had to order the part, paint it, calibrate it, ensure fit, and something else. I told her it was the driver's side mirror case, the electric components were intact, I don't understand what has to be fit and calibrated. She asked if I wanted to speak with the estimator and told me one would call me back. A half hour later, I decided that this whole thing didn't feel right. I called her back to let her know I was cancelling the work and would be by to pick up my car on my lunch break. She apologized and told me the reason for the delay was that they had to find a new supplier as the case was out of stock with their usual supplier and

Are you planning to take your 2 month old car into a 3 ft deep bog? Probably not, but isn't it nice to know if you do, you've got someone who can restore that new car shine? The folks at City Collision II on Penn Ave did a great job. Even the engine bay is glistening.
